As part of the ISO 9000+ quality assurance system, precise documentation of the measurements performed is required, as well as traceability to standards. This means that the measured values must be traceable to national standards or measurement standards. Kurtz Ersa uses a precise system with a DKD-traceable reference (accuracy ±0.2°C) for calibrations.

Calibration Recommendation

In general, annual calibration of the electronics is recommended. The horus® electronics are tested and adjusted at 0, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 °C, or 0, 100, 200, 300, 600, 900, and 1200 °C.

Certification

Measured calibration values are documented in a calibration certificate. The adjustment software created for calibration must be installed on all horus® systems used for measurement.

→ With certification to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, including DIN EN ISO 10012 (measurement equipment management), Kurtz Ersa ensures the highest quality.
