Experienced colleagues from the field of mechanical and electrical hardware design put creative automation concepts into practice. Using high-end CAD & PDM tools, all components and assemblies are modeled and detailed from the individual part level to the system network.
As early as the design phase, we evaluate any potential hazards as part of an ongoing risk analysis in order to guarantee maximum protection and ensure that all requirements in accordance with the Machinery Directive are met. The required spare and wear parts are already defined in advance during this phase in order to equip our service and support team in such a way that on-site deployment can be carried out quickly and efficiently if necessary.
