Yes, this is generally possible. In this case, we require a separate application for each occupation (preferably directly via our online application form or by e-mail. For example, it is not sufficient to state two possible occupations in the cover letter. We require two separate applications.

Once we have received your application, whether by e-mail, online or by post, we will first check it for completeness and record it in our applicant management system. If we are impressed by your application, you will be invited to a personal interview. If you are also convincing in the interview, nothing stands in the way of a training contract.

Unfortunately, we cannot give you an exact time in advance, as the response times depend on the individual job profile and the companies that have a vacancy. We will do our best to give you an answer to your application as quickly as possible.

This varies from profession to profession. The industrial/technical apprentices attend the basic courses at the training center together, particularly in the first year of training, and therefore see each other every day at the start of their training. The commercial apprentices are deployed in the various departments and are therefore spread across the entire site. Here, contact mainly takes place during breaks or at vocational school, but they meet regularly with the trainers to exchange ideas. At seminars and activities such as the onboarding week, all trainees in a year group come together again and again, regardless of the profession they are learning.

In general, the opportunities are very good, as we train according to demand. This means that we only take on as many trainees as we can normally take on after their training. However, it also depends on your performance and the economic situation at the time you are taken on.
