Kurtz Ersa is a family business in its 7th generation. We are a mechanical engineering company and see ourselves as a "Mittelstand" enterprise. For us, management means “leading with heart and mind”. The Group is managed by the Global Board and a consistent focus on the customer is at the heart of corporate management. The Advisory Board and the Board of Supervisors performs a supervisory function and advises the management.
