Wertheim - On September 24, 2026, the Kurtz Ersa Group once again honored its long-serving employees at Bronnbach Abbey. The Bernhardsaal once again provided the familiar yet special setting for an evening that focused on personal journeys, shared successes, and a sense of connection to the company.

Along with the honorees, members of the Supervisory Board, representatives of the shareholder family, and executives accepted the invitation. The celebration highlighted what is often taken for granted in day-to-day work: Behind every development, every project, and every successful customer order are people who contribute their knowledge, experience, and personality.
In his opening remarks, Kurtz Ersa CEO Thomas Mühleck welcomed a total of 120 employees celebrating their anniversaries, their managers, shareholders, works council members, and all the organizers of the 2026 anniversary celebration. He paid tribute to the collective experience spanning over 2,000 years and emphasized that Kurtz Ersa has successfully evolved in recent years through global collaboration, new technologies, and a transformed business model: “These are enormous efforts for all of us. And we ‘elders,’ in particular, must let go of what we´ve grown to love and set the pace and speed. We must lead the way and drive change. We must collaborate globally, organize ourselves into projects, take on responsibility, and live up to it – in other words, take care of things – and we call all of this ‘ownership.’ This is our own Kurtz Ersa path, moving away from a hierarchical organization toward a global approach where everyone meets on equal footing,” said Thomas Mühleck.
Special emphasis was also placed on the personal stories, the sense of community, and the mutual support among employees, which make the company far more than just a workplace. In closing, he thanked all the employees celebrating anniversaries for their dedication and their contribution to this year´s record revenue of over 400 million Euro. Kurtz Ersa´s Head of Human Resources, Massimo de Vivo, then hosted the evening. For each anniversary milestone, he had fitting anecdotes from the respective era or Kurtz Ersa´s history at the ready.
Experience as the Foundation for the Future
Change is a constant companion, especially in a technology-driven company. Products, markets, and requirements evolve – but knowledge of processes, customer needs, and the unique characteristics of our own company remains a crucial factor for success. The honored employees help pass on this knowledge while keeping their eyes on the future.
The Kurtz Ersa Group extends its heartfelt congratulations to all the honorees on their service anniversaries and thanks them for their many years of dedication!
