With complete automated casting lines, including machining and surface finishing, Fill offers the perfect platform to further strengthen and expand Kurtz Foundry Machines in the interest of our long-standing customers,” says Thomas Mühleck, CEO of Kurtz Ersa.

Continuity for customers and employees was also a top priority: “With Fill, we are confident that our customers will continue to receive excellent support, which was a key concern for Kurtz Ersa. We can thus ensure that our technical and industry expertise in the areas of project planning, sales, and application engineering will be seamlessly transferred,” adds Andrea Carta, CEO of the Moulding Machines division at Kurtz. The purchase agreement was signed on April 20 during the Tech Days and the Austrian Foundry Conference at Fill´s headquarters in Gurten. The transaction is scheduled to close on July 1.
