Successful exhibition appearance at IPC APEX EXPO 2026 Kurtz Ersa, Inc.
Wertheim/Anaheim - The IPC APEX EXPO 2026 took place from 17 to 19 March 2026 at the Anaheim Convention Centre, California. As the leading event for electronics production, PCB technology and packaging, it offers specialist presentations, networking opportunities and exhibitions every year.
A particular eye-catcher at the Kurtz Ersa, Inc. booth was the VERSAFLOW FIVE: the system impressed above all with its ability to process particularly large PCBs up to 685 mm - a clear advantage for applications in the growing AI sector. The VERSAFLOW 4 CORE EDITION was also in high demand. It was developed specifically for the US and European markets and will replace the VERSAFLOW 3/35 Global Edition in the coming months.
“Made in Mexico for America” - that is the claim for the HOTFLOW THREE, which is now being manufactured in Mexico for the American market. The same applies to the VERSAFLOW ONE Series; production here too will commence shortly in Mexico. From the end of the year, both machines will then be manufactured locally.
The Kurtz Ersa Semicon division also attracted considerable interest. Semiconductor production is becoming increasingly important, particularly due to new requirements from the AI sector. In addition to the international trade audience, our American representatives also showed great interest in tapping into new customer groups and technologies.
Demand was also very high in the hand soldering & rework sector. Requirements are rising significantly, particularly when it comes to reworking very large BGAs. It was therefore all the more pleasing that we were able to demonstrate on site how even challenging BGA repairs can be successfully carried out.
