The two-day Ersa seminar "Lead-free wave and selective soldering with solder joint evaluation" imparts theoretical and practical know-how on the wave and selective soldering process, with a focus on practical application. Participants work in two groups to acquire process-relevant knowledge through experiments on various systems. Different solder alloys are used in wave and selective soldering. The groups share their experiences in a final discussion. The practical part of the workshop is divided into wave soldering and selective soldering stations.

    • Access to the online course "Basics of Soldering" four weeks before the course begins.
    • Access to the digital learning environment for four weeks after the seminar
  • Examination: Theory exam with certificate (valid for 3 years, recertification required thereafter)
  • Seminar fee: EUR 899 plus VAT, including exam fee
