The two-day intensive Ersa Know-how Seminar "Reflow Soldering and Stencil Printing" of high-pole SMT and QFN components imparts theoretical and practical know-how on stencil printing and reflow soldering, with the focus of this workshop being on practical application. In the practical parts "reflow soldering" and "stencil printing", the participants acquire process-relevant knowledge through experiments on the paste printer and the reflow soldering system. The results of stencil printing are assessed and evaluated. In the subsequent reflow soldering, temperature profiles are first determined, after which test boards are soldered and visually inspected.

    • Access to the digital learning environment for four weeks after the seminar
  • Examination: Theory exam with certificate (valid for 3 years, recertification required thereafter)
  • Seminar fee: EUR 449 plus VAT, including exam fee
