Precise fluxing with high speed and maximum flexibility
The POWERFLUX selective fluxer dispenses flux with pinpoint accuracy for each solder joint - even at high production volumes - without affecting the cycle time in the wave soldering process. With x/y travel speeds of up to 1,500 mm/s and integrated nozzle technology, it offers maximum process control, especially for demanding lead-free applications. Overspray is virtually eliminated, so extraction is usually not required. The ability to program points, lines, multiple lines, and areas allows the flux quantity to be precisely defined for individual solder joints all the way up to full-surface areas - thereby expanding the process window and reducing the risk of flux residue on the PCB.

The POWERFLUX uses selective PulseSpray™ and/or Drop-Jet nozzles for precise and flexible flux application. Spray patterns range from single points to lines and areas, all the way to flux application across the entire assembly or in a matrix pattern. Individual spray patterns can also be combined.
