In 2025, the world´s leading trade fair for electronics manufacturing celebrated its 50th anniversary - Ersa has been a founding member of Productronica from the very beginning and presented once again pioneering solutions for electronics production in its anniversary year under the trade fair motto “Our Innovation - your Solution!”. Whether soldering system, rework system or soldering tool: All Ersa products are tailored to current challenges in the industry - whether automotive, defense, green energy or AI and server technology or autonomous production or smart automation concepts.
Ersa Trade Fair Highlights
In Munich, Ersa presented several world premieres in the field of machinery, new rework innovations for HR 600P and HR 600 XL, as well as groundbreaking approaches to manual soldering, such as IPC-CFX certification for i-CON TRACE, which guarantees perfect MES integration and full traceability. Or the high-performance i-TOOL soldering iron, which enables automated hand soldering thanks to its clever “robot-ready” mounting.
The Ersa booth provided detailed information about Ersa eLearning, which, with its comprehensive qualification program, guarantees location- and time-independent training with uniformly high standards and certification.

→ Kurtz Ersa Semicon GmbH made its first appearance at Productronica. This company took over the Vaterstetten-based equipment manufacturer ATV Technologie GmbH on September 1, 2025. For Kurtz Ersa, this is the strategic step into the market for production systems for the semiconductor industry that has been announced for some time. All ATV employees have been taken over. At the Ersa booth, the Semicon Sales Team presented its high-quality vacuum reflow soldering systems.
